The Tab Centre is located in the heart of Shoreditch and was built as a church school in 1890.The Tab Centre survived direct hits from incendiary bombs in the Second World War but fell to serious disrepair, and partial disuse, for more than 50 years, until the decision was taken to save the building and let it reflect the local community's changing needs.

The works were completed in July 2005, and The Tab Centre has grown into the arts and community centre for Shoreditch. Now operating as a venue it is the perfect hall for conferences, dinner parties, launches and evening parties

The Tab Centre has a balcony to hold reception drinks and a wonderful, large, well-lit main room that conveys a tasteful ambience for the perfect events. The private Garden is perfect for spring and summer events.

We take inspiration from each season for the ingredients of our cuisine. Our Cuisine flavour is Modern British with a French and Mediterranean influence and combines techniques and flavours from around the world. Our chefs are able to design menus according to your taste and budget and the manager will take great pride in ensuring your event is run perfectly from beginning to end.
